For over 60 years, NTUC has forged a strong bond with the workers of Singapore. Through our affiliated unions and associations, we exist to improve the wages, welfare and work prospects of all collars, ages and nationalities.
About the Scholarship
- Full coverage of tuition, course application, hostel and book fees
- One-off reimbursements and allowance related to settling-in and computer-related expenses
- Annual living allowance
- Allowances for overseas exchange programme and return airfare
- Yearly return airfare (for overseas scholars)
- Scholarship of Master’s degree (if requirements are met)
- Medical/Health insurance (where required by the university)
- Internship opportunities and mentorship by Labour MPs
The undergraduate scholarships are applicable to courses at renowned overseas universities and the six local universities, namely National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore University of Technology and Design and Singapore University of Social Sciences. All fields of studies are welcome.
Who we are looking for
Applicants must:
- Be Singapore Citizens
- Possess good GCE A Level, local polytechnic diploma, undergraduate results and/or equivalent qualifications
- Have strong leadership qualities displayed through active participation in co-curricular activities and/or community service

As an NTUC scholar, you will play a pivotal role in championing and creating a better tomorrow for workers during the three- or five-year bond as full-time Industrial Relations Officer (IRO).

Scholarship application is now open.
For Mid-Term Scholarship, undergraduates who have completed at least one semester of undergraduate studies and not be in the final year of undergraduate study may apply during the same period.
